House Rules
Pets are welcome at this listing. Please keep pets off of all furniture and bedding. Pick up and disposal of pet waste is the responsibility of the guest. The guest must provide the means to collect and dispose of their pet's waste. Pet waste can be deposited in the trash can on the west side of the house (green lid on trash can). Failure to keep your pet off of all furniture or to clean up after your pet will trigger an additional fee of $125 for extra clean up.
There is a fenced bark yard with two gates - this space is shared with guests staying in the upper unit. One gate is on the west side of the house and the other is on the south side closer to the front of the property.
There is a 5 burner gas grill, a picnic table, an umbrella and four chairs with two occasional tables. The gas grill cover needs to be put on the grill after it cools down. The umbrella should be closed and cinched down with the built in velcro straps.
